The NFA completed the issuance of $129,405,000 of tax-exempt bonds for Covanta Holding Corporation to refinance the acquisition, construction, improvement, renovation and equipping of solid waste disposal facilities, located in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
