The NFA Completed the Issuance of $108,687,804 in Bonds for Affordable Housing Credit Opportunities Warehouse I LLC, an Affiliate of Systima Capital Managment, LLC (“Systima”) to Securitizing a Portfolio of Securities or Beneficial Interests in Securities (the “Portfolio Assets”) Representing Subordinate Interests in Tax-Exempt Multi-Family Affordable Housing Loans, for projects located in various locales throughout the States of California, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, South Carolina and Utah.
