The NFA completed the issuance of $114,820,000 to finance and refinance the costs of the continuing care retirement communities for Springpoint at the Atrium, Inc. (“Atrium”), Springpoint at Crestwood, Inc. (“Crestwood”), Springpoint at Denville, Inc. (“Denville”), Springpoint at Meadow Lakes, Inc. (“Meadow Lakes”), Springpoint at Monroe Village, Inc. (“Monroe Village”), Springpoint at Montgomery, Inc. (“Montgomery”) and Springpoint Senior Living, Inc., located in the State of New Jersey.
