NFA Completed the issuance of $314,055,000 in Bonds for Emerald Renewable Diesel LLC

The NFA completed the issuance of $314,055,000 of tax-exempt bonds to refund bonds, the proceeds of which are being used to finance a portion of the construction of certain facilities designed to treat and dispose of solid waste through the recycling and refining of such solid wastes and other feedstocks into renewable diesel fuel and other co-products at a site located in the state of Texas.
